Leave to appeal to the Court of Final Appeal was properly refused because the applicant failed to identify a question of great general or public importance under s22(1)(b) Cap 484, advanced grounds that were vague, lacked particulars and were improperly directed at the Director rather than at errors by the judge, and failed to comply with Practice Direction 2.1; consequently the Notice of Motion for leave to appeal was dismissed.
