The 2 March 1987 equitable execution order did not create an equitable charge or assignment that could defeat the bank's prior floating charge; the bank's debenture, when crystallised, took priority over the judgment creditor's appointment and the disposal of Charro's quota expectation was subject to the bank's prior rights. Appeal dismissed and declaration for the bank affirmed.
