The trial judge's acceptance of the complainant's detailed, coherent and consistent evidence, supported by contemporaneous complaint to her boyfriend, absence of any evident motive to fabricate, and permissible inferences from clinic practices and records, was rationally open on the evidence; accordingly the conviction was not unsafe and the appeal must be dismissed.
