Although the court has power under section 98(1) of the Bankruptcy Ordinance to review or vary orders, that power should not be exercised here because the Costs Order was final, the Bankrupt presented the same arguments already rejected by the original judge, and there are no exceptional circumstances or fresh cogent evidence to justify reopening the decision; therefore the summons to set aside the Costs Order is dismissed.
