The court held that the 2nd Respondent must disclose within 42 days the bank account numbers and provide inspection or copies of bank statements for the accounts used for the transactions reflected in the relevant ledgers for the period December 2016 to August 2017 inclusive, because those statements are sufficiently relevant to enable an independent audit to verify Schedule 1; the statements may be redacted to exclude entries attributable to the 2nd Respondent’s unrelated business; and there shall be no order as to costs.
