The refusal to grant a further stay was a proper exercise of discretion because the proposed private sale and refinancing were unbound and uncertain, posed real risks of delay and prejudice to the plaintiff, safety concerns were mitigated by agreed weather-routing measures, and there were no reasonable prospects that an appeal could show the judge erred so as to justify interference.
