The Master’s limitation to management accounts relating only to the five pleaded projects was appropriate because the defendant failed to satisfy the relevance and existence requirements for broader discovery; Items 5, 6, 7 and 23 were not relevant or shown to exist in the pleaded period and amounted to an unsupported fishing exercise, therefore the appeal was dismissed and costs awarded to the plaintiff.
