The Magistrate conducted a meticulous analysis, was aware of and addressed the discrepancy about clothing, found PW1 had continuous sight of the offender and did not rely on clothing for identification, gave requisite warnings on identification evidence, and there was ample evidence to support the conviction; therefore the appeal is dismissed.
