    The recusal application was dismissed because, on the facts and in context, a fair‑minded and informed observer would not conclude there was a real possibility that the judge would not bring an impartial mind to the proceedings; filing a recusal summons does not automatically prevent the judge from exercising case‑management jurisdiction; the husband's complaints were either misconstrued, taken out of context or reflected proper case management and the repetitive nature of his applications amounted to abuse of process.
