The Tribunal held that satellite maintenance legitimately falls within the corporation's discretion under s18(2)(g) and may be funded from the general fund under s20(1); the 2003/2004 budget and estimates as approved by the management committee and AGM were not blatantly wrong and the committee had discretion over contingency levels, so Hon Empire was liable for the management fees claimed.
