Section 6(2)(a)(i)-(v) are exclusive prerequisites for deeming jurisdiction in an action in personam under the Ordinance; the judgment creditor (Berhad) bore the onus to prove one of those conditions existed at the material date and failed to discharge that burden on the evidence; accordingly the registered Malaysian judgment was set aside.
