HKSAR v. TAM KWAI KEUNG AND ANOTHER

    Citation
HKSAR v. TAM KWAI KEUNG AND ANOTHER
    Court
    Court of Appeal
    Case number
    CACC10/2001

The court held that High Court bail and bail-variation application costs are sufficiently incidental to the overall proceedings to be included in the appellate costs order and granted amendment accordingly, but refused to include costs of the restraint order proceedings because a consent order disposing of those proceedings expressly provided 'no order as to costs' which governs those proceedings; a certificate for two counsel was also granted to the 2nd applicant.
