The recessed wall of the water tank is part of the building's external wall; the yellow hatched area shown on the Deed of Mutual Grant plans retained common-area status; therefore the Respondent's transmitters trespassed into the air-space of the common area and the Applicant is entitled to remedies including assessment of damages and possible injunctions.
