Where a person present in court is summarily dealt with for insulting behaviour/contempt under s.42 Labour Tribunal Ordinance, the proper parties to any appeal are the person committed and the Secretary for Justice; the presiding judicial officer should not be a party and the other parties to the original proceedings should not be involved in the appeal.
