Applying s.7 MPPO factors the court found the wife had made significant monetary and non‑monetary contributions and had a need for secure accommodation for the children; the husband's commuted pension lump sum was to be retained by him; balancing needs, contributions and future earning capacity the just and fair order was transfer of husband's interest in the matrimonial home to the wife subject to encumbrances, nominal spousal maintenance (HK$1 per annum), and child maintenance of HK$10,000 and HK$5,000 per month respectively, with each party to bear their own costs (order nisi).
