Respondent had not been properly notified of the arbitration hearing and therefore established a ground under s95(2) of the Arbitration Ordinance; the court exercised its discretion not to allow enforcement because there were no sufficient reasons to override that defect, and accordingly stayed the enforcement orders and ordered applicants to pay respondent's costs.
