Saxena's failure to pass on margin calls and his false representations were acts of a different character from his normal authority and outside the scope of Commodities' authority or what Commodities represented; therefore Commodities not liable for deceit and the trial judgment for Texuna was set aside and judgment entered for Wocom Commodities Limited.
