An admission under s.65C that a document is a genuine ticket proves that it is a ticket within s.6B but does not, without more, prove the separate fact of the carrier's 'authorized price'; because the prosecution did not allege or prove the authorized price for the tickets, the element of the offence under s.6B was not established and the convictions must be quashed.
