The summons to register a final judgment was dismissed because the costs order and judgment took effect from their date under High Court Rules Order 42 r3(1); the plaintiff's alleged return of the sealed documents did not invalidate the judgments; the procedural rules relied upon by the plaintiff were inapplicable to the subject matters; and the plaintiff had no legal basis to compel the defendant to answer his queries. Consequently the summons was without merit and was set aside with costs payable by the plaintiff to be assessed.
