Given extensive prior publicity, repeated bailiff and police announcements and warnings, and unchallenged video/witness evidence that each respondent intentionally remained in the Area and engaged in conduct inherently likely to and factually causing prejudice to the execution of the Amended Injunction Order, the court found that basic intent to perform the acts sufficed for criminal contempt and convicted all respondents; police arrests were authorized by statute and the manner of arrest did not negate commission of contempt.
