The Court held that (1) it is permissible to plead de facto and shadow directorships together (including in the alternative) where facts reasonably permit and particulars are not embarrassing; (2) the fraudulent purposes plea (paragraph 30) was sufficiently particularised and reinstated; and (3) certain further particulars must be given (net sale proceeds, specific requests) while other requests were properly refused as within the judge's discretion.
