The unsatisfied District Court judgment and statutory demand established the debt for purposes of the winding-up petition and the allegations advanced by the opposing contributories did not constitute a bona fide defence on substantial grounds nor demonstrate that the petitioner knew of any fraud; accordingly there was no justification to delay and a normal winding-up order was made.
