There is a serious question to be tried as to validity of the alleged meeting and resolution because the 1st defendant did not follow the statutory requisition procedure and the alleged meeting appears inquorate (only he attended), damages would be inadequate and the balance of convenience favors granting a quia timet interlocutory injunction; accordingly the interim injunction was continued until judgment or further order.
