The Court exercised its costs discretion to award the costs of and occasioned by the appeals to the Court of Final Appeal to H to be paid by W (taxed if not agreed), held that para 11 of the Appeal Committee order of 30 September 2014 remains undisturbed and excluded from the CFA costs order, and ordered that H recover 90% of the costs of the appeal to the Court of Appeal (with certificate for three counsel) and 90% of the costs of the relevant stay application, with costs of the present application to H (taxed if not agreed).
