Evidence established that cleaning of the glass wall was within the applicant's duties despite the job title 'dishwasher'; injury occurred in the course of and arose out of employment; monthly earnings for multiplicand set at HK$11,651.60 including food allowance; loss of earning capacity assessed at 7% on medical and expert evidence; sick leave endorsed and total temporary incapacity adopted; respondent's post‑accident payments credited; accordingly applicant awarded s9, s10 and s10A compensation with interest and costs.
