Applying the Hong Kong test requiring a bona fide defence at petition stage (Periwin), the court found the debtor's account incompatible with undisputed documentary evidence (shareholding records, bank facilities correspondence bearing her signature, failure to assert signature is forged, and plausibility of attending the bank), concluded she failed to discharge the burden to demonstrate a bona fide dispute, and therefore made the bankruptcy order with costs against her.
