    The trial judge properly exercised discretion in assessing credibility, accepted the prosecution witness as honest and reliable, rejected the appellant's account as evasive, found the evidence sufficient that the smoking occurred in a no‑smoking area and that there was no unfair denial of opportunity to question; accordingly the conviction and fine were upheld.
