    Given a long marriage (~19 years), a single matrimonial asset, and findings that the applicant's contributions did not amount to the extraordinary special contribution required to depart from equality, the court ordered sale of the matrimonial home, deduction of marital debts from sale proceeds, and equal division of the net proceeds. The court treated the debts as marital and deductible and assessed needs and earning capacities but found no sufficient reason to depart from the 50/50 sharing principle.
