On the facts the court finds the left patella dislocation on 20 December 2013 was the materialisation of the plaintiff's pre-existing recurrent patellar instability and not caused by any actionable defect in the staircase environment; supervisors did not unlawfully coerce her resignation and reasonable accommodations were available; on these findings the plaintiff's claims (including alleged post-accident conduct) fail and the action is dismissed.
