The DMC, read as a whole, unambiguously imposed on the defendant the contractual duty to keep the Tower and the lifts in good repair and to permit public passage; that obligation is not rendered unenforceable by unconscionability; the defendant had no discretion to suspend lift services and therefore breached the DMC entitling the plaintiff to final judgment and orders to restore service.
