On the evidence the deceased was present in the employer's storeroom preparing for work and the respondents failed on the balance of probabilities to rebut the s.5(4) statutory presumption that the accident arose out of and in the course of employment; there was insufficient evidence of deliberate self-injury, therefore compensation under s.6 is payable.
