As shareholder the plaintiff is entitled to audited annual financial statements (and balance sheets) from January 2017 to date but failed to specify with sufficient particularity additional 'books of account' sought so disclosure is limited; as director the plaintiff is prima facie entitled to inspect and copy CIE's books of account and accounting records under ss.374-375 and there is no evidence of likely misuse to justify restriction; where documents do not exist the order nevertheless may include the categories to afford assurance but defendants need not produce non-existent records.
