Plaintiff, as director of CIE, is entitled to inspect and copy the company's books of account under ss.374-375 absent evidence of likely misuse; as a member of CIEHK plaintiff is entitled to audited financial statements and balance sheets under the Ordinance but failed to specify with sufficient particularity other accounting documents sought; orders for disclosure were therefore made in part, with revised schedules specifying the documents to be disclosed and costs awarded accordingly.
