On the facts the court accepted the plaintiff's evidence that AGW, through its employees, contracted in AGW's personal capacity to engage the plaintiff for the invoiced services; AGW did not prove it had negated personal liability as agent and therefore was liable for the invoices (except the Southorn claim which was dismissed as time‑barred). The services were found to have been rendered and the pleaded abandoned/time‑barred invoices were deducted.
