Because the mixtures did not contain the specific drugs in the prescribed minimum quantities required by s.46, the statutory presumption of possession for the purpose of trafficking did not arise; convictions for trafficking were therefore legally incorrect and were substituted with convictions for simple possession, with appropriate reductions in sentence; the appeal against a smoking conviction was dismissed where properly supported.
