The court struck out paragraphs [16]–[22] of Wong(4) because they contained conceded inaccurate figures and were not admissible in their present form; the remainder of Wong(4) was not struck as it provided relevant background and forensic explanation. The Liquidators were ordered to disclose contemporaneous computer-forensic identification and recording documents by 4:30pm on 17 March 2023. Costs orders nisi were made in favour of Mr Dayaram in respect of the Liquidators' Summonses and in his favour for the Discovery Summonses, with other case management directions given.
