On the agreed facts the court was satisfied that the statutory conditions of s.168H were met and that the 3rd respondent was unfit to be concerned in the management of a company; having regard to the mitigating factors the court imposed the minimum one-year disqualification; the order is to take effect in accordance with r.10 (from the beginning of the 21st day after the order) though the term is dated from the date of the order.
