All defendants held liable in negligence: 3rd defendant negligent in unsafe operation of overloaded untied trolley; 4th defendant personally liable for inadequate supervision and vicariously liable for 3rd defendant; 2nd defendant (main contractor) liable for failing to supervise project manager duties and ensure safe system; 1st defendant (manager/occupier) failed to implement a reasonable system of protection and warnings.
