The Court held the plaintiffs had shown an arguable real and substantial tort in Hong Kong based on the platform evidence (Google AdWords average monthly searches) and the continued online presence of the material, so the leave to serve out of jurisdiction should not be set aside; the defendant's appeals were dismissed and costs awarded to the plaintiffs with a certificate for two counsel.
