Although the Presiding Officer's Reasons were flawed for failing to address or elicit the Claimant's material evidence, the Trustees' decision to dismiss the Claimant for irremediable incompatibility and to restore harmony was within the band of reasonable responses under s32K(e); the Defendant had taken reasonable steps and paid statutory entitlements, so no award under Part VIA (including s32O or s32P) was appropriate and the appeal is dismissed.
