On rehearing, given the admitted facts of prolonged, repeated misuse of a found Octopus card with auto top‑up over many months (130 transactions ≈ HK$5,953.9), and the appellant's multiple prior dishonest convictions, a starting point of 4.5 months for each offence was not excessive; guilty plea and compensation warranted reductions producing two months per count with partial concurrency yielding an aggregate sentence of three months which is not manifestly excessive; appeal dismissed.
