Given the existing order granting the father generous access and the children's resistance, the court refused to make further access orders at this stage; instead the court ordered monitoring by an updated Social Investigation Report in 15 months and encouraged the parties to engage in recommended psychological assessment and therapeutic interventions, as these steps are necessary to protect the children’s best interests.
