Leave to appeal was refused because the judge correctly applied the legal tests for forfeiture under the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, accepted the police evidence and rejected the applicant’s account on the balance of probabilities, found the cash and car were connected to the trafficking offence, and properly returned the car to the bank as innocent legal owner; no error of law or principle justified granting leave.
