The court upheld the conviction and the 3-month hospital order: it accepted the two police eyewitnesses and the attendant objective evidence, found the trial judge properly evaluated credibility and permissibly disregarded any uncautioned remark, and held that the Mental Health Ordinance s45(1) justified the hospital order.
