Leave to apply for judicial review was rightly refused because the applicant failed to identify any reasonably arguable public law ground: the Board conducted an oral hearing, made a supported adverse credibility finding based on inconsistencies and late fabrication, lack of legal representation did not establish procedural unfairness, and relocation in Bangladesh was a viable alternative; accordingly the judge's refusal was correct and appeal is dismissed.
