The Court found there was ample admissible evidence (witness testimony, surveillance, audio recording and a cautioned statement) supporting the conviction and that the trial judge's adverse credibility findings were not shown to be flawed; accordingly the appeal against conviction was dismissed and the application for extension of time to appeal the sentence was refused.
