The trustees proved multiple s30A(4) grounds: the bankrupt failed to provide satisfactory information on shares, improperly caused shares to vest in a third party without trustees' consent, failed to provide transfer documents for the Jianrong property, failed to produce litigation materials and Form E, and generally failed to cooperate; these failures made the bankrupt's post-bankruptcy conduct unsatisfactory and justified the discretionary suspension of the calculation of the discharge period.
