The Court approved the parties' agreed terms substituting paragraph 6 of the draft order — discharging the earlier maintenance pending suit order, directing the Respondent to pay HK$450,000 per month with initial and interim payments to be made out of specified funds standing in Court until those funds (and interest) are exhausted, after which direct monthly payments must be made — and held that the husband's undertaking properly forms part of the order and must be recited in the draft order.
