Plaintiff's account was found credible and uncontradicted; the bin partially blocking the corridor created an unsafe condition; the cleaning lady negligently moved the bin without proper lookout; on the evidence and the defendant's failure to call key witnesses the court inferred the cleaner was employed by the defendant; therefore the defendant is vicariously liable for the negligent act and the plaintiff was not contributorily negligent.
