- CACC144/2002
The convictions were upheld because the trial judge permissibly found the documents to be false and that the Applicant, through possession of stamps, documents, and corroborating fingerprint, handwriting and forensic evidence plus links to agents, had knowledge and intention to induce acceptance; the aggregate evidence amply supported the convictions and any contrary conclusion would have been extraordinary.
